Probably have people call you out in the chat, as Dan would have too much tunnel vision steering the ship to suspect...You keep saying "huh i have you know that this is the real Joseph Cumia, and I cant believe you';d think someone would go out of their way to impersonate me." and keep sticking to it, never addressing that you sound nothing like him, and debate with the chat and try to win Dan over LIVE.
Blaming podcast equipment, COVID...anything...for the voice discrepancy

Kinda funny it was out of boredom. I thought I had missed some infighting since they never really were hostile to each other prior to that.
In the moment, I felt that I had already outdone myself. I had him dead to rights with a solid Josiah treatment, and anything further wouldve just been getting greedy.
I gotta say it got a laugh out of me. Dan thought he had one of the few people who would really be a homerun guest for people here then for it to get snuffed out last minute had me thinking " You cant have anything nice around here." It was like the third show and he was already getting catfished. Id call it a successful bit. It was harmless but you could tell that he couldnt totally laugh it off.
The hangup itself was pretty funny but the fact that Dan followed it up with a haughty comment along the lines of, "if you want to appear on this podcast, that's not the way you go about it. Better luck next time." should've been a red flag.
Same thing with bait-n-switching Kiwifarms with the Nadolski transcripts. That had the potential to be a great bit had it been executed well but he went into a self-important tirade on how the Kiwis had dared to wrong him personally. Very gay and awkward. You can't take yourself too seriously in this business we call show.
I saved the moment on my youtube. Enjoy that, along with videos I liked when I was 13.

I never really noticed that Dan wasnt too schooled on the OA show lore. Until someone brought it up here. Maybe he mentioned it and I dont remember. I thought he just wanted Tony on that topic since he is familiar with it too. Not to take the reins and fill in most of the blanks. I just remember that Dan was on the old sub so I never noticed.

Yea, NEP wasn't typing or speaking anything like Joe, plus no way Joe would ever apologize or suck up at all to this community. Dan should seen through those emails.
