That’s why I loved Denny. Norton groaning over Bobo makes sense because he can be a bore unless worked properly but Denny was great. Listening to old shows Norton whined and cried so much I can’t believe he was called out for it as much.

I think Norton being upset at Bobo was a bit Opie came up with. They used to call the retards and act like they called them. Opie would always bring up how Norton hates Bobo cause he thought it was hilarious. If it was just an Anthony and Jimmy show he didn’t do the same shit. I think there were only a few times where he was actually pissed at Bobo. Like when his friends ruined his show.

Denny was unironically funny and far more self-aware than they gave him credit for. He often intentionally set himself up to be the butt of jokes when sitting in.

Factual. Denny was a longtime caller going back to FM days. Much like Erock he was autistic about radio and knew the vibe of the show.

He was always reliable, and was a saint for DJ'ing the Supershows.
