Good luck my dude! I've been drinking a bit too much & seeing a Dr (again) t'moro since my existing meds ain't quite cutting it... but excessive drinking will fuck you, so happy to hear you're getting sorted.
Never heard of 'the bubble', it sounds like a bad gameshow or somewhere they put mental patients.

EtOH (booze) withdrawal is legit dangerous. I've had to go hospital for unrelated reasons last year but needed to declare it since I was drinking a lot for pain.

So you don't get anxious & walk-out (as I have before), when they ask the CIWA(-Ar) questions, obviously be honest but don't forget to tell them the lights are excessively bright & sounds seem scarily loud, & maybe you've got pins & needles too in legs & a numb face... I wouldn't usually say that but knowing your anxiety level I wouldn't want them to under-dose you, & knowing your recent alcohol consumption it'll probably just put a smile on ur face. They should hit you with some IV Pabrinex (B vitamins) too.
