In what way? The only criteria is you can’t pardon state crimes. Ford pardoned Nixon before he was even charged with anything. Biden didn’t even pardon his son for a specific crime, it’s literally any crime from 2014-2024 which i’m pretty sure includes things not known about at the time of the pardon. The only caveat with a pardon is it doesn’t clear your record and by accepting the pardon its an admission of guilt.

His ability to wage war without Congress is obviously unconstitutional…except Congress essentially gave the President that power with a law they passed in the 70’s. Doesn't make it any less unconstitutional, and the Supreme Court won't rule on it because they know it is, and they as well as the congresspeople and senators are in lockstep with the same corruption that wants it that way.
