That’s Karl Pilkington, he used to be a producer and regular contributor of Ricky Gervais’ and Stephen Merchant’s radio show back in the early 00’s and their podcasts.

The dude’s (unintentionally) hilarious. He’s just a regular bloke with a hilarious and very pure view of the world.

I recommend watching the animated Ricky Gervais show that aired on HBO. Those are animations of moments from their podcast. Karl is a big part of that. Sorry for this wall of text.

Call me a faggot for knowing this, but I'm pretty sure Galadriel never sailed a boat or did any action stuff at all. From what I remember, she entered Middle Earth by crossing the Helcaraxe as part of Fingolfin's host. After that she just chilled in Doriath pretty much.
