I think the third one is a bit underrated, but I had no interest in anything after.

I dont mind it ether but you arent really missing anything if you never watch it. The CG effects aged horribly.

Well the sequels are more if you’re in the mood for a big mindless action movie, you could have it on while you’re doing something else and won’t miss any major plot points. The 4th is better than the 3rd at least - that was why Stallone did the 4th one, to make up for the 3rd one (same with Rocky Balboa (Rocky 6) was made to make up for Rocky 5)

Yeah Rambo brought back the pathos the character has in first blood and part 2 and set it more in the real world vs it just being him vs generic movie bad guys. So you were invested in what was happening , even if the first part was slow and it snowed Rambo just being disillusioned and bitter. I remember seeing it in theaters with my buddy and we popped big time in when he finally jumped into action where all the badass mercenaries held back.

Last Blood was brutal but great. Like they knew they couldn't match the body count so they made it more graphic. Also instead of Rambo being a super soldier like in 2 and 3 it shows him setting up improvised traps, setting ambushes, things a green beret would actually do, rather than engaging in helicopter duels and shit

Yeah I liked the last blood one, especially since they called it “racist” because the bad guys were Mexican and dealt with sex trafficking which according to liberals is not real but also very real depending on what’s current.

Did they? Makes sense. Though an entire cartel based just in prostitution seems less likely to than a drug cartel with a sideline. The power of cartels comes from the massive amounts of money they make and I don't see charging joins 20 a go getting them there.

The script was crazy though, like murder mad libs, like when he goes into the brothel and just picks up a hammer and starts going to town like it could have been whatever heavy object he found

There's no CGI in the third alien movie. It was all done with a puppet and stop motion alien. That's why it looks like complete dogshit. Fourth movie was loaded with CGI that also looks cheap. The aliens only look decent in the first movie and parts of Aliens or AvP1 and 2.

I like how the big exciting moment of the trailer is an alien trying to burst out of the person's chest. Yeah, we saw that in 1979 already, you lazy fucks.
