Mustang vs Jazzmaster vs Jaguar

Out of those 3, I'd choose the Mustang. I like shorter scale guitars, and the Jaguar has too many useless switches which I also think look bad.

Consider the Duo Sonic though, the HS version is basically the best of all offset worlds. Short scale, single coil and humbuckers (with coil split), and no ugly switches and knobs.

What about a squire mustang? They’re quite a bit cheaper, will it matter for a casual player?

The higher-end Squiers are pretty good these days, especially for a casual player. I think it's the "Vibe" series or something, they're pretty good, just don't get the base-level Squiers.

You’re right about the switches on jags, so I’m gonna get mustang.

Either a vibe squire or fender player ii , the difference is a few hundred so I don’t mind either way, the fender looks better in all black. I can’t imagine I’ll notice much of a difference either way.

Jazzmaster.

You've said before you like Jagstangs because they're small and you have gay hands, so I feel like you should just get one of those. I have one and I don't like it.

My fingers are really small, my other guitars are all short scale, I think the mustang/jag are better in this regard though? I don’t like all the switches on the jag.

You talking about the Hamilton Jazzmaster? It's a PFG watch if you ask me.
