Mooing from Spain

Is there any protein? I just see rice, mash, carrots and broccoli and some onion gravy.
Did the passengers eat all the carvery roast before he got there?
Or is moo just cleaning plates that were left on tables.
Yeah, it's an odd plate of food for someone who supposedly wants to lose weight.

It's honestly not a bad meal on that front. It's gonna fill you up more than it actually does while still providing a base of some actual calories and nutrition. Lotta fibre too. The mashed potatoes could be a fawkin problem though.

The problem is that it's just a bizarre and unappetising selection of food. Cuban-style rice and black beans with mashed taters on a bed of what looks like stewed veggies or even soup. It's like he pulled a ladle from every single vegetable tray at the buffet and threw it on a plate. It looks absolutely miserable to eat. He could've just grabbed the rice 'n beans, a serving of lean meat and added some more vegetables if he felt like it and he would've had something just as healthy and that tastes way better.

This analysis is entirely pointless anyway because we all know retard absolutely ate something unhealthy later or earlier that day. This is the same dummy that thought that starchy, sugary plantains were a 'low carb' alternative to potatoes. He's definitely the type of person who eats awful meals like this thinking it allows him a dessert after dinner.

Which way?! Medium or well done?
Something that occasionally tickles my ribs is picturing a boomer Japanese couple who saved a bunch of money to visit England, expecting to see this:

But they're on a bus listening to this and confused lol
