Literally never had chop chee in my life and made it twice now. First time I followed a recipe and the fuckton of American "cheese" had an overpowering shitty flavour to the sandwich. Second time which I made tonight, I did real provolone and Philly cheesesteak style toppings.
Pretty decent tbh. Poor man's Philly but I'd definitely if given the option opt for a real cheesesteak.
