That's fair enough. Do you dislike eggs and oil as well, or is it just the combination? I don't like too much mayo, but just a lil bit lil bit is excellent. I'll lightly slather corn on the cob with mayo and sprinkle on some Tajin before I put it on the grill.

Use plain Greek yogurt or garlic aioli as a substitute. Same texture but tastes fresh. And not rotten and sour.
