"YOU BLEW IT!" scene was enough to make his role worthwhile. That movie managed to make Method Man terrifying, no small feat. I think if anyone was miscast, it was Stallone. Good movie. Keitel, Liotta and Robert Patrick were great in it. Would've been cool to see a prequel when they were all tight and being scumbag cops leading up to Liotta's partner getting killed (presumably by Keitel and Patrick for talking to IA.)

Miami Blues (1990) watch preddy gud. It's got some goofy humor and kinda funny seeing Alec Baldwin shoot people, but also some neo-noir elements and some ok action too. Remember liking the book but that was back in high school.

Watched this the other day and really enjoyed it. Has Sean Penn and another guy has paramedics in the ghetto in New York. Super gruesome at times and no PC Hollywood bullshit either. Not a pleasant watch by any means, but it's the kind of movie you don't see too often anymore.

Dune 2 sucks and history will not be kind to it regardless of how many 98% reviews it gets here and now. Some of the visuals and soundtrack are good but the cast and the script turn it into a turd. Zendaya is a fucking plain Jane average broad (
) who can't act. Chalamet is gay even for a mincing femboy. Bautista shouldn't be in any serious movie. They should all be stinking up a Star Wars movie.
Instead I wish I'd watched Tremors again. Half as long (the movie not the worms tee hee) and still holds up.

The Extended Edition of The Blues Brothers. It's 12 minutes longer than the theatrical version, which was already over two hours. Not sure where the extra scenes were since I hadn't seen the movie since I was in high school. Maybe they just stretched out "Minnie the Moocher" some more.

Another good movie with a score by Tangerine Dream I'd recommend is Thief with Jimmy Caan. We used to double-team Playmates at the Mansion, so I can call him Jimmy.

I recently rewatched "Heat", which is one of those movies that I simply can't get tired of. Finally got curious enough to check out "L.A. Takedown", which was Mann's first pass at the material.
So much of it was the same, and it really shows how much material can be elevated simply by stronger actors. Here's the "L.A. Takedown" version of the famous diner scene, for example.
Also watched the original version of "The Stepford Wives" on JewTube. Honestly, though the fashions and references were dated and very much of it's time, I would definitely recommend checking it out. It was a very interesting movie.

I couldn't get through the first Dune movie, largely thanks to that dead-eyed faggot Chalamet. Granted, I'm not a big sci-fi guy, but having him as the main character in some epic was shit casting. He's not a bad actor, but he has no charisma, charm or anything else you expect from a movie star. He's really being pushed by Hollywood and, in that regard, is the latest in a string of duds for them.
