Brennan has kind of addressed this on Cumia’s show before. He basically didn’t do radio or podcasts until the 2010s, way after guys like Burr and CK were living in studios. He didn’t even think to do it because he wanted to get a tv show and has a bunch of shows that were never picked up.

Mostly he was just stuck in the writers room and working chuckle huts for 20 years when the other comics his age were blowing up via Stern, O&A and Rogan.

Agreed, Hispanic colloquially means having some sort of Spanish blood. However, you can have 100% Chinese people from Panama. Therefore, they are Hispanic so he's using a technicality here
