An Adam Kinzinger or someone would be more effective and even he is irrelevant. Cheney represents Wyoming which has half a million people. How can that have national appeal? Does someone in New Hampshire even know who she is? Plus she’s seen as only being gifted that role because of who her father is. She’s not some accomplished legislator in her own right.
