Without doing a lot of research I will make up a psych profile for her, she's a dummy who got divorced and started some stupid MLM type business, from that day forward she posts nonsense about how tough it is to be the boss / self employed / woman owned business. All of her old biddy friends run their own MLM / consignment businesses and none of them ever sell anything but they all post supportive messages to each other and talk about being tough as nails business owners.

Her posts to joe are part of her support for other losers plus an opportunity to segue into talking about herself, how she runs her own business and how she does so much work and has such an amazing brain too. Most would just ignore an annoyance like her but joe really needs the support.
