- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Not only does he not have any opinions or jokes, he doesn’t even have any idea what’s been going on in pop culture for 30 years and the same can be said for his music choices. Sam is far from a great radio host but at the same time he’s gotta work with a complete zero of person. Sam at least keeps up with what’s going on / what’s trending while Norton lives under a rock.

Yes but that isn’t saying much compared to Fallon / Kimmel / Colbert. Even at the end of the Letterman Leno days Dave would get 4.5-5 million while Jay would get 6-8 on average. Colbert gets a little over 3 million and he’s called “number 1” in late night.

I don’t think Jim Norton has seen a new movie since the Bush administration yet is a co-host on a radio show that discusses current events / pop culture. He actually thinks KISS made great music - even though the band themselves said their music was mediocre and focused on their live show.
But even then - that audience seems to be old conservatives that might be falling asleep during whoever is on before Greg Guttfeld. That was always the joke from Conan about how he got ratings was because people fell asleep watching Leno. I would say the majority of Guttfeld’s viewers are sleeping
