They signed another one month extension to continue "negotiations". Sirius didn't get rid of them like Opie Raqio, Ellis, and Covino/Rich, but I don't think the suits are going to suddenly play ball in December to keep a horrible show. You could know nothing about radio and still know that Sam's voice shouldn't be broadcasted for several hours a day.
