So he carries around an empty bottle, and when his appreciative fans buy him drinks, he pours those drinks into his bottle, and saves it for later. Seems more likely that he's just stealing booze when no one is looking, and using it to drink himself to sleep at night. And he's wearing arthritis gloves, which seems to indicate that all that strumming is really wearing him down now. You almost have to admire how Joe can turn anything into a personal triumph, at least on his daughter's old Facebook account.

I have a feeling he is knowingly breaking the rules. Swiping a glass to take back to his room. Is he raiding unattended or bars not in use? Another thing I find questionable is him saying he is "always" getting drinks from passengers. So does he just have 6 drinks lined up on the piano at the end of his set? If thats true then he isnt even getting monetary tips to spend at home. Most of his "tips" result in him just getting drunk in a tiny cabin.

To anyone that sat through his gig videos on the boat, is he even drinking perrier? Does it look like he have drinks collecting? Are many people approaching him and looking like they are friendly/want to buy him a drink? It really seems like it would be light work to get him in trouble with what he has posted already. Cutting up company towels, sneaking into the casino, keeping booze stashed in his quarters. It would be kinda lame if he cant have a drink after his shift but it also wouldnt surprise me if its part of the deal.

I think he might actually be trying to get himself fired with this and the cutting towels in half thing. I'm pretty sure when people were looking up all the details of this job he's not permitted to drink booze at all. If a single other staff member has even spoken to him yet, one might have given him the idea. "Oh we all have a little water bottle full of booze. You just pour it from the bar when no one's looking." And then he posts this and gets everyone busted.
