He sounds like a pain in the ass employee they’ve wanted to get rid of for years. Just from how he behaves on twitter you can imagine he’s insufferable to work with. They know his “injury” was blown out of proportion for attention and is seen as the creep in the office.
He seems like a real disgruntled worker type ready to snap. He's had them shaking in their boots for too long with his sword skills. Just a big bully if you ask me.

I bet this doesn’t even have to do with us, its the start of the last quarter and companies are evaluating their staff for 2022 (raises, etc) and he’s probably been slacking due to being busy crying about everything on twitter. He’s not been performing well and they’re trying to blow him out before January. It’s time for year end paper work and what they’ve been paying him isn’t matching up to his work performance and would rather get someone new who can do the job for less to start. It sounds like he’s been a lazy pain in the ass employee and now have found a way to get rid of him by the books.

I’m sure they’ve wanted to get rid of him for years since he seems to be a miserable person to have around and creepy. Usually they will try to get you moved to another department if they don’t like you but I’m sure his work has suffered over the years and now they can’t justify how much they pay him. Now they can legally launch him through paperwork since he isn’t performing up to company standards. He’s in a customer service position that sounds entry level but he’s got “senior” so they’ve had to pay him more for the years he’s been there. They all think he’s a creep and now they can get rid of him before 2022.

You know he cries about ADA shit constantly. I used to work with a guy with serious back issues. The company had a no stools policy but you pretty much had to stand all day. He complained about ADA and they had to cave. The dude barely ever used the stool he just wanted it if he needed it. Which I totally understand. I just don’t fucking respect it. You know this faggot takes a tape measure to shit just looking for a faaawwkin problem. He then tells management, management tells him to file the fucking paperwork then, he doesn’t, he then bitches about how the company doesn’t care about him.

This is the time of year a company can justify getting rid of bad employees so they don’t have to give them raises in 2022. He spends so much time crying on twitter about being a failure he was unable to perform the duties related to his job. They know they can hire someone new who isn’t a creep and enjoyable to have around. Now that companies are starting back in the office a lot of places can get around to getting rid of dead weight so they hire new. Paul slacked off thinking since places are having trouble hiring it would give him security. In reality they would rather can him and be short handed and find someone new.
