I would agree with you until the recent debate with Biden. Biden was in even worse shape than when trump debated him in 2016 and I felt like trump made a point to tone himself down in the recent one. If he can do that with Kamala I think he will do well. She is a terrible candidate and after her abysmal 2016 presidential campaign she should have disappeared.

He’s not throwing the election. No one does that. Either outcome is a win / win for him. Win the Presidency…or lose it and still make a shit ton of money through fundraising and claim to win but that it was stolen.

His polling slum can purely be written off as the fact that another Democrat not named Biden is on the ticket. Even then this “slum” is that Trump either wins by a point, loses by one, or the race is tied.

He’s said some stupid shit the last week that may not work with the average independent voter but thats never stopped Trump from winning before.

TLDR i dont even know why i’m arguing this
