It's hilarious that there's so many experiments and observations that imply that we're in the center of the universe and not moving and the scientific explanation is "Oh it would look like that no matter where you were."

It's a dumb argument to begin with but the plane argument completely destroys it.

You can book one flight from Vancouver to Tokyo, another from Buenos Aires to Sydney, and the flight times will be about the same. This makes total sense on a globe model of the Earth, on any flat earth model that Buenos Aires to Sydney flight should take 5-6 days because they are on complete opposite sides of the Flat Earth.

One Flat Earther actually responded to this by saying every pilot, every flight attendant, every airplane engineer, every air traffic controller is aware the Flat Earth exists and they deliberately slow down/speed up planes to keep the rest of us ignorant.
