It's never been about doxing. They're mad because they want their embarrassing shit removed from the internet forever.

Null could make a no doxing rule today and it wouldn't change people trying to have KF removed from the internet.

All of that is irrelvant.
You could tell Null what he is doing is wrong and he will ban you for it, the guy has 0 ability to take criticism like every lolcow.
Null was warned about xenforo chat being a wide open hole to exploit, despite being warned countless times he didn't do anything until it finally came to roost.
Null should have removed adresses/phone numbers years ago so he could have some plausible deniability, and like @Jenna said he is doing this in California, he is already on the losing end.
