Are you allowed books? I wish I read but after work I have no desire to make my brain work in my free time so I would just read if given solitary. If not allowed books I guess just do push ups and see how long I can hold my breath for and try and make it to a few minutes

Solitary? No. No books. No commissary. And maybe 2-3 showers a week if you are lucky. You get three meals and three drinks a day (chances are they will be lukewarm and colored water with no flavor). They don't want solitary to be a place of refuge. They want it to suck. That's my experience in county. I've seen dudes almost cry not to be sent to solitary, because it's fucking terrible.
