If Joe gave up his rockstar dreams what job(s) do you think would be a good fit for him at his age? (Serious replies only)

I know other people like Joe. They believe they "can't" work for anyone else, like they have some inherent inability to subject themselves to the indignity of "not being their own boss". It's just sloth, and Peter Pan syndrome, but Joe would cause problems at any job with his refusal to obey rules, be on time and etc.

I could see him resort to the absolute lowest rung on the amateur guitar hobbyist ladder, and start giving guitar lessons to beginners, but he isn't personable enough, which would probably be a problem. Not to mention his overall slovenly appearance. Any suburban mom will be hesitant to pay that disgusting slob $75 to teach little Jayden how to strum Taylor Swift tunes, when far better options exist. He'd need to put in a little effort, clean himself up, buy some decent clothes, and drop the rock star attitude.
I would pay good money for a Solo Joe guitar lesson.

Joe is a lazy man

He could easily set up an Open Mic night for all the other Eric Clapton to plug in their 2k+ Telecaster.

Set up a tipping bucket, and you will leave with some cash. And still get to play

Sure, you or I would greatly enjoy such a thing. But imagine some suburban mom from a halfway decent part of LI, who picks up a flyer at the local dago grocery store and hires Joe sight unseen to teach Tyler how to play that Jelly Roll song he likes. Joe comes waddling up to the door, dressed in tattered rags, and immediately starts trying to bait you into political arguments. I just can't see how it'd go very well for anyone.

And asking to be paid in Tyler's spit to boot, that would definitely ruffle some feathers.

Supermarket would be problematic due to the ample opportunities for theft. He'd get caught smuggling out a steak in his boxers.

If you recall, he has openly bragged about stealing from his employer in the past. #ConservativeValues #MakeAmericaGreatAgain
Like father, like son

Joe Sr was such a degenerate, he stole quarters from vending machines. Disgusting!
