I mean, I know there's "supply chain issues" and such, but why is his SC home taking this long to build? Wasn't he looking for just the right entry door? Just buy the generic one and wait until your precious door is available, stupid.

In a recent ep of Redbars show he says that Nana's ran out of money and that the "supply issues" are just a cover for him to hide the fact he's flat broke and that leasing the tiny starter apartment is the end of the road.

The last photos published of his SC place it was still like 30% complete at best.
He ran out of funds mid-way thru construction and I'm almost certain he's ignoring calls from the builder who wants to get back on schedule but has no idea his client is flat broke now. The longer this continues, the longer there's a likelihood for a lawsuit from his contractor.
Right now his builder is frustrated because everything is in limbo so all those workers, supplies, etc he paid for were for nothing if the project's held up for much longer.

Pretty sure the first defender was Joe because he started by claiming "The bank gave him a huge construction loan for this place" When they realized that proved nana was broke, that name went away and a backup account started pretending he was paying cash for it. It really seems as if this is all made up just to save face on twitter and prevent CM from imploding
