Brinton is based out of Cleveland Ohio, that's why they had to get that mousey snack Nicole Trevino Ways in the mix, she actually practices in Wisconsin. Speaking of which, Ways has moved out of her old firm and is now doing corporate counsel. https://www.linkedin.com/in/nicole-trevino-ways-23813149

Speaking of moves, looks like Brinton landed with a new firm. https://calkinslawfirm.com/about-us/our-attorneys-staff/brinton-j-resto/ - glad the guy landed somewhere, his private practice was going to go nowhere fast. "Mr. Resto diligently works to bring clients a proactive approach in a cost-effective manner." Yeah for which side though?

Thanks for watching this Where Are They Now? episode. But I think this means Carrie told Pat no or maybe made a polite referral or something, or she was just too expensive.

Is that a contact form? I bet the Tomlinsons have something to say about Brintons Legal acumen

I still maintain (with zero evidence) that we pissed off Brinton with all the tomfoolery and sisterbaiting, to the point he kept up at it out of some misguided vengeance.

TV lawyers are supposed to get emotionally involved in their clients cases, real life lawyers are supposed to keep things professional. Brinty couldn't keep his poker face and look where that got him. Fabricating evidence and getting dropped by Minc Law.

"gamesmanship"

Remember, Brinton thought the case had jurisdiction in Wisconsin and was subject to Wisconsin law. He was so incompetent that he had no idea quashes are filed in the state of the party being subpeona'd, in this case California (Cloudflare). Which not only has strong anti-SLAPP laws which instakill the lawsuit, but also mandatory award of legal fees. Brinton, HAD NO CLUE THIS WOULD HAPPEN, and thus failed to satisfy Krinsky.
Brinton also has a fat coal burning whore leech of a sister and he doesn't eat ass right.

Committing perjury to judge Ashley wasn't a good move either. Reminder: Brinton told Ashley, when asked if his Wisconsin court was the proper venue, that he had no reason to believe any of us didn't know Pat personally and/or weren't domiciled in Wisconsin. This was all said in order to prevent Ashley from tossing the case from his court. It was horse shit of pontificating proportions.

Watch his stuttering and nervous ticks as he tries to stay composed shoveling his bull:

Pat did say that it was a surprise to him that he could be held liable for Quasi's legal fees. If Brinton didn't tell him that, I could see that being grounds for them to fire him, since he is potentially exposing the firm to a malpractice claim.

Of course, Pat could just be lying about that for sympathy, or maybe he was told about the legal consequences but didn't listen because he was too busy fantasizing about prison for Quasi.
Patrick LOVES fantasizing about wacky funsters imprisonment.
