If Pat was screaming in court like in the "YYYYEEEEEEWWWWWW!!!!" tape, then I agree, someone told him that he was going to shut the fuck up and take the L whether he wants to or not. Safe money is on SFWA, it's not ideal but the pig gave them no choice, shut his clusterfuck down so it never comes out they footed the bill for this.
