When I was younger I really didn't give a hoot about my diet, drank a lot, all manner of intoxicants, & I really struggle to not smoke cigs (I'm mild with that now tho'). Jjust took my blood pressure 100/59, pulse:100 which is a bit high for my liking, but that's fairly normal for me. I could jump on the bike & do a fast 15mile roundtrip with ease.
In absence of congenital defect, I can't fathom how he could be that unhealthy, WTF?!?!
