Port jervis New York in the spring there is apparently a huge midget meetup. If you’re in town you start noticing one or 2 around and they multiply all day long until around dinner time which looks like the midgets invaded and took over.

Midgets and downies always make me smile. I saw a downie in an orange fedora hustling down the street with a beat up briefcase giving the thumbs-up to everyone who looked at him and it still brightens my day to think about him. What a fawkin Chad tbh
