I have to say I find it remarkable how many gays and trannies Pat knows. I’ve only ever met a couple of trans and know a decent amount of openly gays but based on his tweets I’d estimate a good 90% of the staggeringly vast number of friends and family members Pat has intimate knowledge of seem to be LGBTQ, POC or both.

Who knew culturally barren Milwaukee was such a smorgasbord of diversity compared to living in LA and working in Hollywood?

There’s just some people who always stay on the bright side of things and try to get others to see the same. If I had to choose I’d think ‘staying angry’ is far more draining than being one of the overly positive types.

Dedicating your entire life to hating anyone that strays remotely from the ‘right way’ of thinking is just sad. People who end up thinking like that deserve the loneliness that awaits them.

Simmons was always great on Stern because he went along with the joke and it worked well. Even when he would run out he was just playing it up because it would be memorable. Simmons dedicated his whole life to helping others and sadly it seems like he put everyone else first before his own happiness. That seemed to be a bigger issue that he never addressed that he wanted to make others happy to make himself happy yet never took the time to focus on his life.

Yeah, I always got the feeling that Richard was aiming for attention with his dramatics. I was too young to hear the live version of his earlier visits.
