Serious question. Do you have any aspirations in running your own restaurant?
I worked in catering for years as a waiter and behind the bar. Honestly, it's hard work that most people who have never done it wouldn't understand. I never worked in the kitchen, but I can only imagine the stress you guys deal with. My respect.
And while I'm glad to be out of the business, I miss all the little things you don't get in a cushy 9-5 office job, especially when you work with a lovely, quirky team of nice people, like; sex with waitresses, drugs, lots of shouting and roasting the staff, and free drinks from the manager. Makes me want to do it on weekends, but I'm too lazy.
