Weed laws. Technically the feds could start raiding pot shops in legalized Weed states. It isn't legal federally. The optics would be terrible so nobody would do it.

Sidenote but corporations have an amazing scam going on where they won’t drug test you so when you hurt yourself on the job and try to sue they can drug test you and , oops, you smoke weed so you’re liable and get nothing. (It may be circumstantial if its medical though i’m not sure)
