I hear ya, I literally can't drink beer at home, somehow out it feels less bloating, but a pitcher is my tap out point and that's even rare nowadays. I actually drink faggot cider at times to skip the bloat, more sugar, but lighter.Beer is a young man's drink. I didn't really drink much in my teens and early 20s because I rowed competitively and boxed and played football (soccer) for fun but I could put away 8 pints no problem on a Saturday night. Now at 38, still younger than you, having more than 2 beers ever feels like I've eaten a loaf of white bread because I basically have. If you're not young and/or working a physical job, there's no reason you should be regularly drinking large quantities of beer. You're fat is what I'm saying, and you probably would be less so if you switched to red wine or, you know, didn't drink every day. Just trying to help.
