Especially instead of just having a tenant. It's bad enough having a stranger live in the same house as you but at least the monthly rent payment is consistent and you only have to deal with one person/family. Having a never-ending cavalcade of random strangers stay in your house for $99 a night and having to clean up after them (shit flakes in the toilet, dishes, turning down the linens) seems like an absolute nightmare. What a shitty life to lead in your mid-40s.
