I don't watch documentaries, but it went like this

- /r/opieandanthony got shut down by SpaceEdge for Patposting (original, not second better SpaceEdge)
- We then started invading subreddits like /r/jimandsame and continued Patposting
- We got banned from those too
- We got banned by mods everywhere we went
- Quasi made a script to automatically select a subreddit at random to raid
- Someone found a subreddit that automatically showed abandoned subreddits, so no mods!
- We started getting admin bans
- We deleted cookies and made new accounts
- Eventually reddit changed something and then everyone was shadowbanned
- Faggot admin gloats in the thread above

It didn't actually get shut down by spaceedge. He locked the subreddit himself; then deranged fag would say the sub still exists and he mods it. But coz nobody else was allowed in there, he was modding an empty sub. That was enough for him to feel good about himself though.

Then the sub was deleted by Reddit like a year later.

The period where it was locked away like a precious treasure chest... Sad to see it locked away, but happy to know it was secured from prying eyes somehow... In a perfect world we would have slipped under the radar, left it alone, and opened it back up a few months after the heat wore off our name.... SpaceEdge may have been trying to do us a favor...
