When I must have been about 11 I saw this too old for ne film about a mother who lost her son but kept seeing his ghost/memory Her family thought she was nuts. I cried my little heart out and I can only very vaguely remember it. I think she died or lost another kid or something.

The only reason I remember it is going up to my own mother after watching it tears streaming down my face and seeing the look of horror on her face and I haven't shown a single emotional reaction since.

Road to Perdition once. I know, pathetic.

Also Deep Water, a 2006 documentary about some fognig who tried to win a yacht race around the world (he was a weekend sailor) to help get his family out of poverty. They found his ship floating off of the coast of Brazil and he’d apparently gone insane trying to calculate that he had made it around the world, when in reality he got lost and stuck in seaweed in the south Atlantic.

An American Crime. Made me fucking hate humanity that much more especially since it was a true story. Catherine Keener is one of my favorite actresses but I legit couldn’t watch any more movies with her in it after that. I appreciate her bringing this tragedy to light but I can’t see her in any movie without thinking of that gross nonsense.

Is that the one with Ellen Page in it? I saw that. The part where she made her shove a coke bottle up her cunt to prove she was a virgin was bruuudal.

That’s the one yeah. I was like why even make this shit. Aren’t you faggots supposed to be entertaining us before realizing who they were actually entertaining

Movies with dying mothers. AI: Artificial Intelligence always gets me.I love my mommy. You ever notice real men like Hitler and Stalin adored their mothers and Cumias abandon them? When Hitler was 17 his mother died of stomach cancer. Even the Jew doctor, safe in NYC during WWII, admitted that Hitler, "Contrary to our expectation was the most polite, well-mannered child I have ever seen. I have never in my life seen anyone sadder than [Hitler] when his mother died." Hitler even rewarded that Jew by letting him flee. Hitler died with one photograph on him, that of his mother he kept with him at all times.
