There's a bar I always stopped at right where I go ice fishing because they had phenomenal burgers. During covid they tried to jazz up their menu while somehow cheaping out, which included adding a Brioche bun to the already perfect cheeseburger and since they have that fancy bun they just buy frozen patties from Costco instead of making them. They tried to fix something that wasn't broken and they fucked it. I haven't been back since.
