Forgive me for being a reminiscing faggot but the way our time on Reddit ended was so damn funny

They make it sound like some kind of industry-wide coordination when actually they just had a cry to Twitter because of an account forwarding where the new sub was.

Waaah they said Amy Schumer is a pig and trannies aren't women! Ban them from the internet!

Recently someone tried getting me into this new phrase "bing bong" and I have no idea what it is.

I politely asked and was told "it's big on Reddit!" and I felt sick to my stomach. I can't imagine how unfunny this "trend" must be if it's something on today's Normie Reddit.

its was a "cookie" but stored in a way that incognito and clearing cookies didnt remove. this extended to apps as well like reddit fun and the reddit app.

they would change your password on all devices for an account and force you to log in again. your account had been flagged so once you went to the site it would show as password incorrect. the funny thing was if you had used a real email you could reset the password the account itself wasn't actually banned at that point.

if you used a privacy type browser like brave or tor then clearing files would remove it. firefox, chrome and other mainstream ones would remain even after uninstalling unless you knew what you were doing to find all files.

because of this, people incorrectly assumed it was an ip ban. this took all of 10 seconds to just use a vpn or mobile ip tether to figure out it was wrong. i thought at first they were using browser fingerprinting. this would be where they get your user agent, aspect ratio, ans some other details to id you that way, but after a little bit of testing it was easy to figure out it was just an offline file.

it wasnt really a virus in that it didnt spread or modify any files.
Them trannies sure are tricky

Glory(hole) days, I would never have drawn a thing if JoeH hadn't DCMA'd every photo. As we were hunted down we got the PatrickTomlinson bot to #1 and then MichaelRichardsBot (Reddit password: Nigger) to #1 on the FAGGOT botrank thing. I made so many Reddit accounts for making subs (plasticbagconvention, stillhilarious etc)

huh.. i never bothered to test it against another ip/teather/vpn, always had a very lax attitude about reddit. But I do have cookie delete and plugins that spoof a good amount of fingerprinting as basic ass protection

do you remember where/what the files were?

Its hilarious the outrageous lengths they went to. If I remember correctly, the thing that really caused us to settle down elsewhere was when they started permabanning every single account that posted in one of the subs. They cant just do that, but at that point they just made up the rules as they went along.

The funny thing is, that pfgtv.org is the ultimate weapon against reddit and it will always exist. We could pick back up where we left off if we felt like it
I had a new account banned a few months ago with the reason given “for posting on r/opieandanthony” and it was made long after the subs were gone. All it had been used for was trolling the Pig on another sub but they knew.

Joseph Cumia apparently owns the copyright to this picture and reddit made me aware of that.
