UK is pretty much the same if you’re in a public place there’s no law on someone filming you. These auditing channels are mostly in it for the money but they do show how absolutely retarded the modern UK police force is.
It had nothing to do with the filming element. It's about harassment. For example, there is no law against sending someone an SMS, however continuing to do so what asked to stop constitutes telephony harassment in the state of Wisconsin (apparently).

I think it’s a shitty thing to do but I don’t think it should be illegal. There’s plenty of possible reasons to actually have to record people in public. How about dash cams then?
