UK is pretty much the same if you’re in a public place there’s no law on someone filming you. These auditing channels are mostly in it for the money but they do show how absolutely retarded the modern UK police force is.

It had nothing to do with the filming element. It's about harassment. For example, there is no law against sending someone an SMS, however continuing to do so what asked to stop constitutes telephony harassment in the state of Wisconsin (apparently).
The problem seems to be that the British bobbies spend all their time chasing down micro aggression crimes and checking people's TV licences while savage knife crimes go unsolved.
