They did something for a WCW Bash at the Beach pre-show that was in Orlando in '94 where Fez was in a tag team called the Sassy Boys. They wrestled in a 2 vs. 1 handicap match against some woman wrestler and lost. Guessing the belt was just a part of his gimmick.

Fez is so good. The best thing to do is go listen to his breakdowns in the 2010s first. Then go back to WNEW to find him at his peak.
