I refused to even acknowledge that shit. A few times I was asked 'so do you call in? I'm...' then I'd walk away. Only person I did talk with a bit was Photoshop Mike but I only figured that out after just bullshitting with him for a while first. Dude did give me a bunch of Obey Fez stickers, so, respect.

Two observations - Ron is very short and you can see immediately why Earl melts under any pressure.

A few of us were there early, milling about, and any time we asked Earl where should we wait, what room, what's being done, etc he'd freak the fuck out. Clam up, wave his hands, say 'ehhhh' then motion to a unspecified person or area. It was so fucking weird.
