You’re right about the cooking part, it’s all take out / grab and go / etc that’s all heavy on sodium and other shit.

I think what really did it was dating apps - that’s when women Stopped being worried about taking care of themselves since they can go on an app and you’ve got thirsty guys trying to get laid will swipe right on everything.
