Men naturally try to avoid confrontation whenever possible because for us it can lead to violence. Generally speaking men have a better sense of humour too and one of its uses is to de-escalate arguments and get along with one another. Women can be much more petty and vindictive and have the added disadvantage of being very aware of their appearance and resenting or looking down on other women for theirs. Plus they love to bicker and "drama."

While I don't agree you have to at least consider anything a man of the cloth says.

I’ve worked a lot of places but whenever there’s a good amount of women it’s a nightmare for managers dealing with the “drama” shit they always create. The only time I didn’t have that issue was selling cars since it was all men. We would get angry over sales but we’re able to all hang out after for a beer. I’ve never seen problems like working in offices with women, they just come to work to cause problems in most cases because they’re bored and need “excitement” at work by being a cunt.

And she lays around all day not working and having a husband work to provide so she can “pretend” she has a career that is only in her head.
