I’ll give the autistic correct answer, when you go to a convention they’ll add little ribbons to your name tag for different roles you have at the convention or in the organization such as “presenter”, “organizer”, etc. it’s basically to show people how special and important you are. I’ve never seen someone with that many of them before.
