@Sue Lightning this is a reference to a scene in Homie the Clown, where Homer goes to Clown School and becomes a Krusty the Clown lookalike. Later, Homer in his clown outfit is captured by the mob when Krusty suddenly appears. Legs, the mobster in Fat Tony's Crew proclaims, "I'm seeing double . . . 4 Krustys!", a subversion of the expectation that there are only 2 Krustys.

This is considered one of the greatest episodes of The Simpsons.
