a friend of mine used to hire and manage nurses. he said the blacks were the worst hires, usually quitting after a few days, or they'll become combative or try and hide if anything gross comes up (patients shitting/pissing/puking on themselves). whites ok but a mixed bag. latinos, always on time, put everything into their work, and never bitch or moan about it
