This brings up something I've been wondering: if "SWAT" as a verb requires a SWAT team, what do you call it when a third party calls the regular police on a target? What about false reports to highway cops, say a report of a drunk weaving around in a Rustang with a lawnmower engine?
Personally, I'm fine with SWAT being the general term for proxy police misuse, but if we need to make a distinction between actual SWAT and normal cops, maybe "Pigging" could be the term?
I'm not sure which theory floating around here is closest to the truth, lots of people make good points.

edit to add: I'm sure "pigging" has been taken for some twisted sexual thing, but I'm not aware of such use.

I would guess so, but "Hogging" is the term for hunting landmonsters that I knew, as well. In either case, I think it kinda works here. Piggy is getting fucked by people who don't respect him constantly, after all.
