I do like We Cry Together sometimes. I view it as more experimental than pretentious; there’s really nothing in it that would suggest it’s pretentious.

I’m just biased already because my music taste is hard. I don’t usually listen to albums, and instead prefer individual songs. There are very few bands, and even FEWER individual artists that I like most/all of their stuff.

Rap is also not nearly my go-to; I prefer alt-rock and the occasional faggoty indie song.
