I doubt Netflix could pull it off, but Pat's life could make a great film. It would need to be just a depressing movie about a fat, miserable, lonely, stupid, drunken loser. Everyday he wakes up and has to fight with people online who make his life a living hell. We see him go around to his usual hangout spots where he's convinced he's a hot shot, but everyone thinks he's a joke. We see his loveless marriage and cat piss covered home. The twist at the end is those off screen antagonists that have made this character's life miserable are actually the heroes and they get all of Pat's SFWA friends arrested to spite him. We close on him all alone looking at his gun.

Rosie O'Donnell plays the role of Pennies.
Jaleel White plays Pat's gay black friend he uses as a prop.

Exactly. If any of you watched Cobra Kai or even that scene in HIMYM where they turn around the events of The Karate Kid where Daniel is the asshole and he's victimizing Johnny. That's what this should be. Rick is the cyberbully.

Hello, this is Patrick, how can I help you?

Patrick this is Netflix calling. We've recently received a treatment involving you and the users of a website called onaforums and we think it would make an interesting movie.

Yes, yes. These right-wing, incel, Nazi cyberstlakers have been making my life hell for over 3 years now and...

Hold on there Patrick, in this treatment, you are the cyberbully. We think it's more interesting that way and really shines a light on what can happen with internet bullying and

The scene where he finds out he's lost his Twitter for the second time and slams his fist down on the table, accidentally squishing his lizard and then loses his shit bawling in heartbroken agony, then has to pull himself together in the mirror while dressing up like a fag to be tormented during his the famous Dr. Johann Schneider Q&A will be Oscar bait.
