More details. How long were you not eating fish, what kind of fish did you eat and how was it cooked, was it the same kind of fish as in your dream? Say fish again, stupit. To answer your question, that has never happened to me but it doesn't sound all that strange.

I went years with out eating it; but I started eating salmon . Just making it on the stove.
1st time I ate it , last week, I dreamed I pissed in a sink and a bunch of colored fish flew out of the sink at me landed under a bed.
