Regardless of Pat’s claims, Owen will be informed by Amazon on the source of all this. If it’s Patrick with a false DMCA, then he’s fucked. He also is still quite fat.

I took him to court and lost. They catfished me and tricked me into talking with them for several hours and turning over all of the evidence in the failed lawsuit and then released the audio to the internet. I've been SWATTed a dozen times. There is a thread on Kiwi Farms about me that's well over 1000 pages at this point. I've had news articles about be pulled because I mis-represented the truth. My family and friends have all been harassed and continue to be harassed. I had to address the city government about my fence because they filed a report. I can't post any vacation pictures until I get home. There are multiple Youtube videos documenting the dumb things I've said and done. But I got their subreddit shut down so I'm winning.

I just listed a fraction of the shit that's been done to him and Jesus, the fact that he just continues to respond to every single tweet and text is mind-blowing. I'm sure in his piggy brain he thinks he's fighting and winning but he's embarassed himself in front of so many people at this point I don't know how he can claim a victory at this point.

Glad I got the book while it was still up. Excellent read. I don't think I've ever laughed that much at a book by a "professional author." There's no justice in this world that the hacky writers and standups get the big money gigs, while brilliant humorists like Mr. Forrems are relegated to selling their works for a dollar a pop.

As far as it getting taken down, do we know for certain it was a DMCA claim? There's other books with the same name so I don't see how he could even claim that. It could be a content thing. I know authors like James LaFond have had some of their stuff taken off of Amazon. How Amazon would've been alerted to that so quickly is another issue.

Back when Pat was squealing about the entirely accurate reviews of his more anti-semitic works going up on Amazon, his file-trading partners at the SFWA cut a backdoor deal with Goodreads (and I think Amazon, who own Goodreads) to brutally censor the voices of those who speak out against SFWA members.

I'm assuming this is just more of that bullshit.

One option, since we can't turn to Dan, is to transfer copyright to Big Dick Andrew if he's willing to fight to get it reinstated. He contacts Amazon and asks what the issue is. If it's a DMCA claim, he can file a counter claim for free, and at that point The Pig will need to hire a lawyer and go to court to defend it; plus we might get to see a copy of his book for "comparison purposes". If it's SFWA backdoor action, BDA could send a letter of demand to Amazon for free, and follow that up by filing in small claims court, which is usually about $50, and you don't need a lawyer to do it. Then Amazon either put it back on sale, or cough up a couple of grand in lawyer's fees, which Andrew wouldn't be liable for even if he loses. My guess is they'll just start selling it again, rather than spend any money of someone else's fight.

All I know is in the mid 2000s, Offspring was going to name their album ‘Chinese democracy’ to piss off Axl Rose. Axl Rose I believe got a lawyer and Offspring backed off.

I thought it was going to be "Chinese Demo-Crazy," which is fairly different, but I remember that too. Axl gets mad at people pointing out his fatness.... really makes you think.
